Delegate Agenda

MSHSCA FALL DELEGATE ASSEMBLY TO CONVENE ON OCTOBER 13

The fall delegate assembly of the MSHSCA will convene at 9:00 a.m. on October 13, 2007 at the Sheraton West Minneapolis.  The meeting will be called to order by President Gregg Martig of St. Cloud Tech.  I would like to have all delegates and sport association officers not the change in venue.  The Sheraton West is located at 12201 Ridgedale Drive in Minnetonka.  We are looking forward to having our new sport associations with us and are anxious to have them share their plans for the year.  Agenda items will include:

1.  Details of the merger of the MSHSCA and MSHSCAGS

2.  Report from the MSHSL and agenda for the year.  (Dave Stead)

3.  Changes in the Academic State Championship program as discussed at the Sport

      Association Presidents meeting

4.   Review of the Presidential project and President Elect Project.

5.   First reading  of constitutional changes

6.   MSHSL Board of Directors Report - John Schumacher (Park Rapids) and

      Becky Leuer (North Branch)

7.   Lunch Provided by the MSHSCA

I want to strongly encourage all delegates to be in attendance.  If you are unable to attend please find a substitute and please let the MSHSCA office know.   Thank you for you time and commitment to leadership in the MSHSCA
