Individual-Academic submission directions
1. The HEAD coach MUST be a member of the Minnesota Fastpitch Coaches' Association for the current season. (Click Here to see a list of current members)
2. The nominated players must be a senior softball players.
3. The nominated players needs a minimum 3.75 GPA out of a 4.0 scale (WEIGHTED GRADES need to be Converted).
(This GPA must be cumulative from the first semester of 9th grade through and including the first semester of the players 12th grade.)
4. All eligible seniors with GPA's of 3.75 or higher will receive this award. (Academic All-State)
5. Note that AFTER you Submit your form you will have a link available that will allow you an opportunity to "Edit" your form (basically look over all the information and correct any mistakes).
6. YOU WILL GET A CONFIRMATION EMAIL AFTER SUBMITTING THE FORM. It will have all of your submitted information.
7. The nomination form must be submitted by the deadline. (Friday of the fourth week of the current season- )
