- Marshall School Nordic Ski Head Coach 2001-
- Proposed, planned and constructed a 2.7 kilometer ski trail on campus in close coordination with construction firms, city and state agencies and Marshall administrative team members
- Secured and effectively outfitted a state of the art wax room used by the Nordic and Alpine ski teams
- Head Coach Duluth East Nordic Ski Team 1990-2001
- Increased participation from 25 a season to 80-100 each season
- During his tenure, the boys team achieved four state championship titles and the girls three state championships as well as 14 Individual state titles
- Awarded Coach of the Year 1995-1996 by the MSHSNSCA
- Developed and built the first website dedicated to the ski coaches association
- Provided strong leadership to the 100+ member coaches
- Developed and chaired for four years the Victor C Dunder award program
- Developed and chaired for several years the Charlie Banks Coaches Association Relay Race, held the day before the State Meet each year.
- Executive Board Member, MN State High School Coaches Association (8000+ members) 2006-2009
- Developed a coaches education program with the goal of increasing the participation of female athletes and coaches
- Competitive Event Organizer for Korkki Nordic Ski Center Snowflake Nordic Ski Center, Marshall School and Section 7 1990-Present
- Envisioned and brought to fruition a national level (USSA Super Tour)
- cross country race at Marshall School, featuring national level racers
Successfully managed multiple section championship level events at Marshall School and Giants Ridge Nordic Ski Center - Scheduled, advertised and coordinated multiple Nordic ski and dog sled races at Snowflake Nordic Ski Center and Korkki Nordic Ski Center
