MSHSCA SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

The MSHSCA grants ten(10) $1000 scholarships to children or grandchildren of current or lifetime members of the Minnesota State High School Coaches Association.

You will need the following items to complete this application:

1. Official High School Transcript
2. A one-page letter outlining the role athletics has played in your life
3. ACT and or SAT Scores
4. GPA
5. A letter of recommendation from one of your high school coaches.
6. A senior photo in digital format that can be used for publicity purposes if you are selected to receive a scholarship.

All materials must be submitted by 11:59 PM on March 28.
