MSHSCA SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

The MSHSCA grants ten(10) $1000 scholarships to children or grandchildren of current or lifetime members of the Minnesota State High School Coaches Association who are seniors in high school.

You will need the following items to complete this application:

1. Official High School Transcript
2. A one-page letter outlining the role athletics has played in your life
3. ACT and or SAT Scores are optional
4. GPA
5. A letter of recommendation from one of your high school coaches.
6. A senior photo in digital format that can be used for publicity purposes if you are selected to receive a scholarship.
7. Must be a high school senior.

All materials must be submitted by 11:59 PM on March 28.
