2023 Gymnastics State Banquet Guidelines

Congratulations!

You have qualified a Team or Individuals to the State Gymnastics Tournament, won the Section Academic Award, or are your Section's head or Assistant coach of the year! Your Team, Individuals, friends & family are invited to attend. Gymnasts should wear “Nice dress wear.” We, please, ask that your gymnasts wear shorts underneath their dresses. They will be announced on an elevated stage, and we would not want our guests in the front row to be uncomfortable in their seats during the event.

Location is 175 W. Kellogg Blvd. in St. Paul

Parking is available across the street in the RiverCentre ramp.

Please arrive inside by 5:30pm
Banquet will start at 6:00pm

Banquet Meal 6oz Seared Chicken Breast with herb pan sauce served with
herb roasted potatoes, green beans, (GLUTEN/DAIRY/NUT FREE)

OR

Vegetarian Meal (VEGETARIAN/GLUTEN/DAIRY/NUT FREE)

Each table will have a basket of bread rolls, chocolate chip cookies, and tea, water & lemonade.

Reserve Meals for $33 per person

All Reservations must be paid for in advance. Please designate one person per team to order & pay for banquet reservations together. We need your School, Card payment, Number of People, Phone Number & dinner Reservations. Chicken or Vegetarian meals must be ordered by Sunday night, February 19, by 3:00 pm

Shirts are pre-order only and will be distributed at the State banquet.

Head coaches of the qualifying teams are seated at the head table & will announce their team, coaches & section individual qualifiers. (Do not announce JV/managers) Double-check name pronunciations!   (You do still need to order and pay for a reservation)

All-State forms can be turned in & certificates picked up near the banquet entrance.
All-State Elites will be recognized in the program & at the banquet. Submit the form on the MGGCA website by Monday, February 20th @ noon.
