Troubleshooting Digital Cards

MSHSCA Digital Membership Troubleshooting Tips:

“I cannot edit my MSHSCA Membership Profile.”

The MSHSCA online membership system will not allow you to edit your membership profile until after you have joined for the membership year.  After you have joined, log out and log back in.  Once you have logged in, you will be able to edit your membership profile. Make sure you advance to the last page and scroll down to the bottom and press the “Finish” button to complete the editing process.

“I did not receive an email after I registered, but I see my credit card was processed.”

This is likely due to one of the following reasons:

  1. The email was blocked, or it is in your Spam mail.

  2. You received the email but did not recognize it. The email will come from Registration@ cordonco.com, and the subject is Minnesota State High School Coaches Association.

  3. The email is sent automatically to the email address in your MSHSCA profile, so if you are using a different email, you may need to edit your profile.

Solution:

You can log into your MSHSCA member profile at any time to open membership links. 

Log in to MSHSCA Join Now (this is the same link you use to join MSHSCA every year)

Look for the menu on the left side of the page. Click on “Documents Card Print” to open your links.

This is also the same place to EDIT your Profile with any address/email changes.

“I cannot access the membership links after registering. It says: Awaiting Access Approval.”

You are likely in the “Check/Money” Payment Method. You will not have access until the payment has been received. Once payment is received, you will receive an email with the links.

Dear Coach,

The MSHSCA has now updated to issuing digital membership cards through an automated online membership system.  I am writing because your school email system filter requires dual confirmation for emails to reach you the first time.  

I expect that the email sent to you a few minutes ago with your MSHSCA Digital Membership links will not reach you.  To access your MSHSCA Digital Membership links, follow the step below.  

MSHSCA Digital Membership Troubleshooting:

If you have not received the email with your MSHSCA Digital Membership Links, it is likely due to one of the following reasons:
