Women4Women

Hello MN Coaches!

I would like to personally (and enthusiastically!) invite you to our Women4Women Coaches Symposium on Thursday, January 25 starting at 7:45 pm at The Intercontinental - St. Paul Riverfront!

Here are a couple of details about the MN Women4Women Coaches Symposium:

  1. It is a FREE event for ALL coaches (all genders, sports, and levels). If you know of a coach in another sport/activity who loves networking with other coaches and attending professional development opportunities, please pass on this information to them.
  2. Male coaches are also invited to attend because we appreciate our male ally coaches and we also know that many men also coach girls.
  3. Registration

Please RSVP by filling out the Google Form below:

  4. Schedule: Our symposium will start at 7:45 pm with a welcome. Our Keynote this year is Dorothy McIntyre. Dorothy McIntyre worked for over 30 years with the Minnesota State High School League and was a pioneer in establishing girls sports programs and tournaments. As a high school coach, she learned to drive a school bus to take her athletes to meets because her school didn't want to provide a driver. She is a pioneer who found a way to move mountains and will be sharing her story with us! Following our keynote, we will move to small group discussions and networking, connecting veterans, mid-career, and new coaches together.
  5. Spread the word! Please share widely on your social media platforms, through email, etc.! Spread the word!

Finally, I would like to sincerely thank our sponsors, Mill City / Saint City Running and the Bev "B" Lohrman Foundation! Without their support, we would not have been able to bring in such exceptional speakers! I also would like to thank Kari Krakow (Wisconsin Women4Women Founder) for leading the way for us to start our own symposium and Jaimie Watson for leading the way for North Dakota to create their own Women4Women organization!

We can't wait to see you at this exciting event!

Sincerely,
Meghan Orgeman, MN Women4Women Founder
